		<description>I disagree that shareholders are always looking for short term value. Depending on their position, acquisition price and number of shares, they could have vastly different ideas of what Yahoo's value is. 

Asking them to decide "what is right" is a very difficult and subjective question to answer. Because you don't agree with them does not mean they are wrong.

Just remember that any FUD talked about here or anywhere else that causes Yahoo employees to leave just makes Microsoft and Google stronger.</description>
